Christa & Lee's Beautiful Fall Wedding at Mont Tremblant Resort

Last year, Christa contacted me to photograph their wedding at Mont Tremblant. I was so excited to have the opportunity to cover a wedding at such an iconic location with individuals who have made the outdoors and sports such a big part of their lives and their relationship. Even though there was a threat of rain, we ended up having a perfectly sunny day and were able to get our golden hour sunset shots. :)

Christa and Lee are great together and have such a loving and supportive family network. It was such an honour to be a part of their day and be able to capture their amazing moments. I wish them a journey full of love and adventure and hope they enjoy their photos as much as I do!

Lauren & Nick: Westboro Wedding

I had the pleasure to be a part of a very special ceremony last weekend. Lauren & Nick were wed at the First United Church in Ottawa in front of their friends and family in a very personalized ceremony. Their vows consisted of a covenant they created together and true to their personality, they even "Rick-Rolled" their recessional (Never Gonna Give You Up!! ;)). After the ceremony we headed down to the Ottawa River Parkway to take some fun portraits. Check out the army-print socks and cowboy boots!

Ottawa Wedding Photographer :: Jacquie and Andrew's NAC Wedding

When I first met Jacquie and Andrew, they told me of all the personal touches they were adding to their wedding. They were planning to make their own origami flowers in place of traditional fresh bouquets and Suzy Q donuts instead of a tiered wedding cake. They were even going to add Karaoke to liven up the reception! Since that first meeting, I've been eagerly awaiting their wedding day to see their vision come alive. ...and it did! It accentuated their personality completely.

The ceremony was held on the balcony of the fountain room overlooking the Chateau Laurier and Ottawa River and their portraits were shot in and around the NAC. I stayed later that evening to cover the speeches, and it was a very touching experience. It was clear that this couple has a very close-knit and supportive family. Below are a few preview shots of the day.
