Last weekend, I had the opportunity to capture the wedding of Kristina & John. This couple has such a close-knit family and church network and their ceremony was such a beautiful testament to their relationship and faith. So many touching moments were witnessed, where during a number of instances, the groom was moved to tears. I had such a great time shadowing them throughout the weekend and so lucky to have had such a stunning couple to photograph. Their love for each other really shows through their pictures. The last weekend in July was a beautiful one for a golf course wedding. Ryan and I headed out to Calgary a couple of weeks ago for my older sister's wedding. Her and her fiancée had planned a delightful Sunday morning ceremony and brunch at the Sirocco Golf Course, a stunning establishment just south of the city. Below is a preview of their day. Lauren & Nick: Westboro Wedding

I had the pleasure to be a part of a very special ceremony last weekend. Lauren & Nick were wed at the First United Church in Ottawa in front of their friends and family in a very personalized ceremony. Their vows consisted of a covenant they created together and true to their personality, they even "Rick-Rolled" their recessional (Never Gonna Give You Up!! ;)). After the ceremony we headed down to the Ottawa River Parkway to take some fun portraits. Check out the army-print socks and cowboy boots!

Ottawa Event Photographer :: CMA Grad Gala @ Play Food & Wine

I was quite excited for the opportunity to cover the CMA Grad Gala event this year, I couldn't give up the opportunity for good food, a "top 40 under 40" speaker and bonus CPE credits. :) The event and its network definitely made for an interesting night!
